 Cool Ranch Dip Served With Crispy Fried Mushrooms।

COMPONENTS: Two cups of cleaned and halved mushrooms One cup of flour Panko breadcrumbs, one cup Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic Half a teaspoon of paprika One teaspoon of salt Two beaten eggs Oil for cooking Ranch Dip: Half a cup of mayonnaise Half a cup of sour cream One teaspoon of dried dill Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic Half a teaspoon of onion powder One tablespoon of lemon juice To taste, add salt and pepper.  

Directions: Heat the oil to 175°C (350°F). Cover the mushrooms with breadcrumbs after coating them in flour and dipping them in eggs. Cook till golden brown. Combine the ingredients for the dip and serve it with fried mushrooms. Have fun!
