Homemade buns that are fluffy and soft.

 


Components: Three�� cups of all-purpose flour Two teaspoons of instant yeast Two tablespoons of sugar One teaspoon of salt One cup of hot milk Two tablespoons melted butter One egg Directions: 1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. 2. Add the egg, melted butter, and warm milk. For 8 to 10 minutes, knead the dough until it is smooth. 3. Cover and let rise for approximately one hour, or until doubled. 4. After dividing the dough into 12 balls, put them on a baking sheet and allow them to rise for half an hour. 5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until brown, at 375°F (190°C). 6. Keep cool and have fun!
