Crispy Vegetable Pancakes with Asian Dipping Sauce Recipe "

Ingredients: ½ cup chopped scallions, ½ cup flour, 1 egg, salt, pepper, oil for frying, 1 cup grated carrots, and 1 cup shredded cabbage. 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and ½ teaspoon chili flakes are needed for the sauce. 

Instructions: Combine the flour, egg, scallions, carrots, cabbage, salt, and pepper in a bowl to form a batter. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Spoon mixture onto a spoon and press slightly flat. Cook until brown and crispy, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and chili flakes to make the dipping sauce. Warm pancakes with sauce should be served.
