Recipe for Shrimp and Cucumber Salad। 

Components: One pound of cooked, deveined, and peeled shrimp One large cucumber with slices Two minced garlic cloves 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped Two tablespoons of soy sauce One tablespoon of rice vinegar One teaspoon of sesame oil Half a teaspoon of sugar 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more or less, depending on how spicy you want. To taste, add salt and pepper.

Directions: Put the shrimp, cilantro, cucumber, and garlic in a big bowl. Combine the rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Drizzle the shrimp and cucumber mixture with the dressing, then toss to coat. To taste, add salt and pepper. Serve right away or refrigerate for later.
