Components: Two liters of vanilla ice cream 200g Tennis Biscuits and 360g Tin Caramel Treat 150g of peppermint crisp

Instructions: Let the ice cream soften for 10 to 20 minutes at room temperature, or until it can be spread. Spread it around 20 cm by 30 cm in a rectangular tin. Make sure to leave some space for the caramel. Until the caramel treat is smooth, give it a good stir. For a marbled look, dollop spoonfuls over the ice cream and swirl them together.

After smoothing out the top, freeze it for three to four hours or overnight. Set aside the peppermint crisp after chopping it into little pieces. Cut out squares of the ice cream mixture using a tennis biscuit as a guide, then sandwich them together with a tennis biscuit on each side. Coat all sides of the ice cream sandwich by rolling it in the chopped peppermint crisp. Before serving, keep frozen in an airtight container.
