Recipe for Steak Fajitas

 

Components: One pound of skirt or flank steak One sliced red bell pepper One sliced green bell pepper One sliced onion Two tablespoons of olive oil One teaspoon of chili powder One teaspoon of cumin One teaspoon of paprika Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic Half a teaspoon of salt One lime's juice The tortilla 

Directions: 

1. Let the steak marinate for half an hour in a mixture of lime juice, olive oil, and spices.

 2. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes on each side in a skillet heated to medium-high heat. After resting, thinly slice. 

3. Saute the onions and peppers in the same skillet until they are soft.
