Pasta with Creamy Garlic Parmesan

Components: 200g of pasta (your preferred type, such as fettuccine or spaghetti) Two tablespoons of butter Four minced garlic cloves One cup of heavy cream One cup of Parmesan cheese, grated To taste, add salt and pepper. Fresh parsley (for garnish, if desired) Directions:

1. Cook pasta until al dente, following the directions on the package. Drain the remaining pasta water and set aside ½ cup.

2. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for one to two minutes, or until it becomes aromatic.

3. Add heavy cream and boil, stirring regularly, for two to three minutes.

4. Reduce the heat and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and becomes smooth. If necessary, thin with the pasta water that was set aside.

5. Toss to coat the cooked pasta after adding it to the sauce.
