Directions: Heat some oil in a big pot over medium-high heat. Cook until the steak is browned after adding it. Cook the ginger, garlic, and onion until aromatic. Add the beef broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, and red pepperpaste and stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Cook for a further five to ten minutes, or until the cabbage is soft, after adding the tofu. To taste, add salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro and green onions and serve hot.
