Components: Two strip steaks from New York Four eggs Three medium potatoes, chopped Two tablespoons of olive oil One tablespoon of butter Two minced garlic cloves One teaspoon of paprika To taste, add salt and pepper. Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions: 

1. Get the potatoes ready: In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and cubed potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring periodically, until brown and crispy. Put aside. 2. Cook Steaks: Use salt and pepper to season steaks. In a heated skillet, heat the butter. Steaks should be seared for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until done. Take five minutes to relax. 

3. Cook Eggs: Lower the heat to low in the same skillet. Gently crack the eggs and cook them sunny side up for three to four minutes, or until the whites are set. 

4. Present the steak by plating it with eggs on top, potatoes beside, and parsley as a garnish. Savor this filling, flavorful dish!
