 🥗 Grilled Shrimp Avocado Salad Recipe 


Ingredients:

Shrimp – 10 to 12 pieces (peeled and deveined)

Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic (minced) – 1 tsp

Salt and pepper – to taste

Lettuce – 1 cup

Cherry tomatoes – ½ cup (halved)

Cucumber – 1 (sliced)

Avocado – 1 (sliced)

Red onion – ¼ cup (thinly sliced)

Grilled corn – ½ cup

Yogurt-based salad dressing – as needed


Instructions:

1. Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.

2. Grill or pan-sear the shrimp until pink and cooked through.

3. In a large bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avocado, and grilled corn.

4. Add the grilled shrimp on top.

5. Drizzle with yogurt-based dressing.

6. Garnish with lemon juice and fresh herbs. Serve fresh!
