Four big eggs One cup of cottage cheese, either full-fat or reduced-fat Half a cup of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese Two tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley or chives To taste, add salt and pepper. One tablespoon of butter (to grease)
Directions
- 1. Set the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Butter should be used to grease ramekins or a small baking dish.
- 2. Beat the eggs until foamy in a mixing basin. Add the herbs, shredded cheese, and cottage cheese. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
- 3. Either divide the mixture equally among ramekins or pour it onto the prepared dish.
